Job Summary
Job Title: Branch Manager - Insurance
Report to: Regional Manager
Seniority Level: Mid Career (Above 6 yrs exp)
Region: Gauteng Centurion
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The basic salary - negotiable depending on experience
  • Grade 12 or similar qualification is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is essential.
  • Additional Language(s) will be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 4 years' proven work experience Funeral Insurance.
  • Additional experience in the Financial Services Industry will be beneficial.
  • Computer proficiency to work effectively with certain assessment tools or software.
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook are required
  • RE5 (desirable).
  • Appoint & manage a team of selected Sales managers.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage performance.
  • Weekly monthly reports.
Functions: Area / District Manager / Branch Manager

  • Management of branch.
  • Experience with sales advisors.
  • Life Insurance, Funeral Insurance, Increase profits.
