Identify and implement strategies to facilitate growth opportunities. Maintain control of critical administrative procedures and processes. Analyse stock movement statistics. Manage branch according to department business plan. Define specific goals and objectives. Manage performance of employees. Motivate employees and provide constructive feedback on performance.
