Job Description
The Branch Manager is responsible for the performance, administration and efficient daily operations of a full-service branch, including lending, sales of product mixes, customer service and managing all branch staff in accordance with the Bayport objectives.
EDUCATION
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric
- NQF Level 6 qualification in Business Management
- Regulatory Examination level 5
- Banking Level 5 will be an added advantage
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3 xe2x80x93 5 yearsxe2x80x99 people management and sales experience.
- 2 - 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in managerial role.
? Financial industry knowledge and working experience.
