Tertiary Qualification: Will be advantageous.
Experience: Minimum 10 years.
Key Performance Areas (Duties & Responsibilities):
Interact with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback.
Merchandising and training of various retail outlets set up to display and sell our products.
Monitor KPIs.
Develop and implement a sales plan for the branch.
Manage and supervise department employees.
Responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership.
Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, Human Resources, administration, and sales.
Manage maintenance and direction on all departments to perform at peak performance.
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations or applicable laws.
Evaluate staff performance and recognize achievements.
Daily planning and organizing of schedule to call on existing and potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Ensure that all vehicles are roadworthy, clean and have a valid license with services up to date.
