Job Summary KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
(DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Interact with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
- Merchandising and training of various retail outlets set up to display and sell our products
- Monitor KPIxe2x80x99s
- Develop and implement a sales plan for the branch
- Manage and supervise department employees
- Responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, Human Resources, administration, and sales
- Manage maintenance and direction on all departments to perform at peak performance
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations or applicable laws
- Evaluate staff performance and recognize achievements
- Daily planning and organizing of schedule to call on existing and potential sales outlets and other trade factors
- Ensure that all vehicles are roadworthy, clean and have a valid license with services up to date
Minimum Qualification: Matric
Tertiary Qualification: Will be advantageous.
Experience: Minimum 10 years
