About the Role:
Are you a driven and dynamic leader with a knack for growth and innovation? We are looking for a Branch Manager who will steer the Cape Town branch to success! Reporting at Exco/Board level, you'll be responsible for all areas of operations, managing staff, fostering a positive environment, and achieving profitable results. You will play a crucial role in implementing strategies that escalate productivity and success.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric, with 3 years relevant tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 2 years in branch or business management.
- Expertise in capital equipment sales, rental, parts & services.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel).
- Proven knowledge of management techniques and industry standards.
- Sales-savvy, with excellent organizational skills.
- Results-driven, customer-focused attitude.
- Leadership experience and ability to manage a team.
- Knowledge of Autoline (advantageous).
- Willingness to travel locally and abroad.
- Direct all aspects of operations, sales, customer service, HR, and more.
- Assess market conditions, identify sales opportunities, and develop plans.
- Manage budgets, meet goals, and drive growth.
- Foster personnel development, share knowledge and uphold ethical standards.
- Enhance branch and company reputation through networking and awareness.
