Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage staff, stock, and daily operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all daily branch operations.
Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service.
Ensure stock levels, product quality, and store presentation meet company standards.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism.
