Branch Manager
Manage and lead the operations, focusing on customer service, fleet management, and revenue generation, responsible for the monitoring branch performance, ensuring availability, and supervising the branch team to achieve business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide branch employees, including training and development, performance management, and scheduling
- Implement strategies to increase bookings and optimize branch performance to meet financial targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing customer needs and
- Manage daily branch operations and other administrative tasks.
- Analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal regulations.
- Contribute to local sales and marketing efforts to promote the branch and drive business.
- Matic
- Tertiary qualification would be an advantage
- 10+ years of experience in customer service/fleet management/staff management
- Must have own transport
