Blackwood's Assagay is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join and head our Assagay branch. The primary focus of the position is to manage all areas of Branch operations, including staff management, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, willing to lead a team and implement strategies that creates a positive work environment. The successful candidate will have the followings skills and attributes:

Duties include but are not limited to:

Customer services Sales Management Stock Management Product knowledge Administration and financial management Store presentation and merchandising Safety and security
They will also possess the following skills and experience:

5 years' experience in a retail or sales environment is essential. 5 year's Managerial experience Previous experience in Spar Retail is a distinct advantage Own transport required.
