Accountable for the achievement of all branch targets by effectively managing resources and assets and ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify methods to assume overall responsibility and accountability for the management and productivity of the branch. Liaise with branch managers to identify methods
- Show knowledge and capabilities to ensure operational and financial administrative efficiencies
- Actively contribute to ensure effective sales, marketing and new business development
- Ensure effective Human Capital Management
- Ensure effective Asset Management
Minimum Required Education
Matric / Grade 12
Advantageous
Technical Qualifications, People Management Certificate or Diploma, Marketing Diploma
Related experience
- 5 years: People management experience
- 5 years: Agricultural Parts/ Agricultural industry experience
- 5 years: Sales skills and sales management experience
- 5 years: Interactions and exposure in engaging with authority on senior levels
