Branch Administrator – Sales & Tender Division (12 Months Contract)

Job Description

Our client Fingerprint Zone Group is a leading provider of biometric and background verification solutions, offering criminal checks, identity verification, and compliance services to clients across South Africa.
Role Purpose
Fingerprint Zone Group is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Administrator to support the Sales and Tender Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timeous completion of tenders and RFQs, professional client liaison, front-line customer service, and support to new business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Tender & Sales Administration
Complete and submit tender and RFQ documentation accurately and within required deadlines
Assist with tender compliance documentation, pricing schedules, and supporting schedules
Attend online tender briefings and prepare summaries
Diarise and manage tender closing dates, briefings, appointments, and project milestones
Ensure all tender documents are compiled, packaged, and delivered timeously
Maintain accurate tender registers and filing systems
Client Liaison & Customer Service
Act as a point of contact between clients and Fingerprint Zone Group
Respond to client queries professionally and within agreed turnaround times
Provide front-line customer service to walk-in clients requiring criminal background checks and biometric services
Capture, submit, and track criminal background checks and biometric verifications on online systems
Resolve client-related queries and escalate complex matters when necessary
Business Development Support
Assist with new business development and sales support activities
Gather, identify, and approach potential sales leads
Support sales follow-ups and client communication
Training & Development
Full training will be provided on:
Background verification and biometric systems
Tender and sales administration procedures
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) - Mandatory
Minimum 1 year administrative experience, with strong data capturing experience
Computer literacy is essential, including:
MS Excel
MS Word
MS Outlook
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong customer service and communication skills
Added Advantage
Experience in tender or RFQ administration
Ability to compile and price a Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Exposure to sales support or compliance-driven environments
