Job Summary

Requirements: -

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Tertiary Qualification in Office Administration
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in an customer service environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • 4 years related experience
KPA: -
  • Accurate invoicing and time keeping schedules
  • Performs a variety of clerical office duties such as maintaining files, keeping records, preparing schedules, drafting minutes, site stationery and grocery orders
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including using a scale to determine appropriate postage
  • Branch reports, daily, weekly and monthly
  • Field Technician call out and cost recovery
  • Lead time update and expediting of outstanding orders daily
  • Liaising with customers to keep good relations
