Branch Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a mature, reliable and organised Branch Administrator to ensure the smooth daily operation of our branch in Nelspruit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, including order processing, inventory management, coordination with suppliers, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Additional responsibilities include liaising with clients, handling invoicing and financial documentation, supporting branch staff, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications



Proficiency in administrative tasks such as record-keeping, order processing, and inventory management Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment Previous experience in administration or office coordination, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment A relevant administrative or business qualification is advantageous
