Financial and Account Management: Handle daily and monthly financial tasks, including invoice summaries, cash reconciliation, and banking preparation. Address and report any discrepancies.
Record Keeping: Organise and maintain filing systems for invoices, trip sheets, and vehicle reports. Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Inventory and Stock Control: Manage inventory counts and coordinate stock-related documentation.
Sales and Customer Support: Assist at the sales counter, support product marketing efforts, and handle customer inquiries and refund processes.
Maintenance: Oversee branch OHS and hygiene, coordinating with management on any issues.
Training Coordination: Organise and document training sessions, update training logs, and respond to customer learning requests.
General Administrative Duties: Support branch operations with various administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Other Duties could include
Stock take assistance
Any other reasonable request made by management
