Branch Administrative Assistant (newton Park)

Job Description

The branch Administrative Assistant will be responsible to coordinate office activities and operations in an efficient manner.
Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric Certificate (with maths literacy minimum). Additional related courses/qualifications and advantage.
  • At least 5 years in a similar administrative role
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
  • Capturing of invoices
  • Managing GRV's and credits
  • Debtors management
  • Creditors management
  • Monthly reconciliations of debtors and creditors
  • Managing emails and calls for Branch Manager.
  • Reviewing the Financial statements together with the Branch Manager to see where the store can improve.
  • Managing Claims and Discrepancies for Head Office
  • Printing lists of all sales and credits for the previous day in order for stock to be counted.
  • Assisting with staff related matters, i.e submission of leave documents, payroll documentation, etc.
  • Assisting with cash ups
