. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and resolve disciplinary matters
Provide HR support to operations teams and act as a strategic business partner
Drive performance management processes including KPIs, appraisals, and staff development
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
Manage leave processes, staff wellness, and absenteeism
Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to
Provide HR reporting to management and assist in audits
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of
3 years HR experience in a call center or BPO environment
Sound knowledge of South African Labour Law and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (e.g., Sage, SimplePay, or similar)
Soft Skills:
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Adaptable and proactive with a hands-on approach
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
