Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and lead a dynamic B2B sales team to meet and surpass sales targets.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales metrics to guide strategic decisions.
- Offer consistent coaching and feedback to team members to ensure continuous development.
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
- Ensure adherence to the highest industry standards and practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize the sales process.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within a call center setting.
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Must be based in Cape Town
- Monday to Friday: 15h00 to 00h00 SAST (08h00 - 17h00 USA - EST).
