Job Description
The Fun Company is seeking a skilled Bowling Technicians to join our technical team at our Menlyn venue.
The role is responsible for the maintenance, repair and uptime of bowling equipment and associated mechanical and electronic systems, ensuring safe, reliable and high-quality guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and fault repairs on bowling pinsetters, lanes, scoring systems and back-end equipment. Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults efficiently. Maintain safety standards and equipment compliance. Complete maintenance logs, fault reports and parts tracking. Liaise with site management and technical leadership. Support installations, upgrades and refurbishments when required. Maintain good housekeeping and workshop discipline.
Requirements
3+ years proven experience as a bowling technician or in electro-mechanical maintenance. Strong mechanical and fault-finding ability. Electrical or technical qualification preferred. Ability to work shifts, weekends and on-call when required. Reliable, disciplined and safety focused.
Advantageous: Experience on Qubica, Brunswick or similar bowling systems.
