Job Summary REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric, or relevant qualification
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 4 years' experience in accounting or admin (hospitality/retail preferred)
  • Proficiency in Pastel, Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of POS systems, VAT, and PAYE compliance is advantageous
  • Hours: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 16:30
DUTIES
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile daily cash-ups
  • Manage suppliers and supplier invoices, petty cash, and payments
  • Administration relating to POS systems
  • Support the payroll process and general payroll administration
  • Generate reports, and monthly management accounts
  • Oversee VAT and PAYE compliance where necessary
  • Oversee office administration, contracts, and compliance documents
  • Assist with procurement and stock control - placing orders, receiving, checking stock
