Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping functions
Prepare and manage
Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Raise and process
Purchase Orders
Receive, capture, and reconcile
supplier invoices
Work with
QuickBooks and/or Xero
accounting software
Coordinate with
courier companies
to book and track parcels
Assist with
inventory control and stock takes
Support general office administration as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Bookkeeper or Accounts Assistant
Proficiency in
QuickBooks and Xero
Strong understanding of purchase order and supplier invoice processes
Familiarity with
inventory and stock management
Comfortable handling courier logistics and parcel bookings
High attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, organized, and proactive
Must be able to work
onsite in Muizenberg
(this is not a remote role)
