We are a reputable retail business in the automotive sector, specializing in the sale of car spares. We are currently seeking a competent and detail-oriented
Bookkeeper
to join our finance team.Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely
bank reconciliations
Conduct thoroughdebtors and creditors reconciliations
Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company policies Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting Support general accounting functions and administrative tasks as requiredMinimum Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably within a retail or automotive environment Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, Sage, or similar) Strong understanding of financial reconciliation processes High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Advantageous:
Familiarity with inventory and point-of-sale systems Knowledge of VAT and payroll processing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R8000,00 - R10000,00 per month
Experience:
Bookkeeping To Balance Sheet: 3 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
