Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Full bookkeeping function to Trial Balance Daily capture and reconciliation of stock movements (parts & consumables) Process supplier invoices, customer receipts, and payments Reconcile bank, petty cash, and creditor accounts Assist with weekly and monthly stocktakes and variance reports Prepare VAT returns Support management with financial and stock-related reporting

Requirements:



Minimum 5 years' bookkeeping experience (preferably in the

automotive or mechanical services

sector) Strong understanding of inventory and stock management principles Proficient in accounting and inventory software (Sage Business Cloud Accounting) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and time-management skills

Advantageous:



Experience in a multi-branch workshop or parts business Understanding of job costing and work-in-progress tracking Exposure to Sage Business Cloud with Advanced Inventory module

Ability to commute/relocate:

Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required) Sage: 5 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
