The Role
We're looking for an experienced Accounting/Bookkeeper who is highly skilled in QuickBooks to manage our day-to-day accounting operations and keep our financial records precise and up to date.
Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare invoices and process payments
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Maintain the general ledger and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management
• Prepare documentation for tax filings and coordinate with external accountants as needed
• Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records

Ideal Profile
Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Specialist
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and other accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
