Minimum 3 years' experience in property administration or similar
Strong Excel skills
Experience with MDA or MRI Property Central (advantage)
Valid driver's license
Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Full finance admin: debtors, creditors, cashbook, billing and reconciliations
Tenant liaison, arrears management and rental collections
Monthly billing, statements and utilities recovery
Maintenance administration and job card control
Co-ordination of maintenance schedules and property inspections
Liaising with contractors, suppliers and municipalities
