Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a suitably qualified Bookkeeper for a transportation company based in Markman Township (moving to Deal Party 1st March 2024).
Experience and Qualifications
- 3-5 years relevant experience essential in a similar role ideally within the transportation / distribution sector
- A relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting or Administration
- Pastel experience essential
- Debtors, creditors and processing of cash book
- Weekly and Monthly Supplier Payments
- Salaries and wages of drivers
- Petty Cash
- Bank accounts reconciliations
- Journals - all intercompany, salary & provisions
- Configuration of sales figures into Pastel
- Statutory submissions
