Job Description
We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team in Phoenix. As a Bookkeeper, you'll play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and providing valuable insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up to date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger Process financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with accounting standards Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial forecasting and budgeting Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., BCom, BAcc, or equivalent) Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational skills
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Start Date: Immediate start available
