We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements. The Bookkeeper will also be responsible for preparing financial reports and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
Prepare and submit financial reports as needed
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Monitor company expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payments
Collaborate with the team to improve financial procedures and processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interrogates transaction initiating information or data, and understands, records or enters transactions on to the system.
Analyses and reconciles financial information and data, resolves accounting issues, and reports on such.
Compiling and presenting reports.
