The Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Supplier invoice capturing
Suppliers Reconciliations
Inter-company invoicing
Inter-company Reconciling (Debtors & Creditors)
General Office Admin
Cash Book
Account Allocations
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:
General accounts background or a solid 5 years or more in Creditors / Debtors/ Suppliers role.
A Bookkeeping qualification will be a strong advantage
Matric with accountancy as a subject (please bring matric certificate)
Must be computer literate, especially with Excel, and can draw up spreadsheets and use basic formula's
Must be able to work on Quickbooks* Must be strong on reconciliations
Must have contactable references
Intercompany experience will be a strong advantage.
Preference will be given to persons living in the surrounding area
