Bookkeeper

Job Description
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
Managing client relationships
Assist junior bookkeeping team (Correct Allocations, Journals)
Reconcile bank statements
Maintain and manage accurate financial records
Preparation of management accounts
Preparation and filing of VAT returns
Preparation and filing of provisional tax
Preparation and filing of Income Tax (Companies, Trusts, Personal Tax)
Must have the following software experience:
Xero (Beneficial but not compulsory)
Pastel
Sage
Draftworx (Beneficial but not compulsory)
Microsoft (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Personal Skills/Attributes:
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management
Good work ethic
Able to work in a demanding deadline driven environment
Tax knowledge
Qualifications:
- Qualification in accounting (Beneficial but not compulsory)
- Finance (N4, N5 & N6) (Compulsory)
