Job Description
Our client, a Property Management Company, based in Randburg is urgently looking for a bookkeeper * Full Bookkeeping services per complex that you manage and assist with your company records as well
- Bank updates and allocations,
- Capturing of supplier invoices
- Levy run and billing on weconnectU
- General Ledger Account reconciliations
- Take-on accounting for new buildings (WeconnectU)
- Annual audit pack preparation
- Opening balances and audit adjustments
- CIPC directors updates for HOA's
- CIPC annual returns for HOA's
- Tax registrations, submissions across all taxes (VAT,PAYE and income tax)
- Drafting budgets (admin and reserve fund)
- CSOS returns submissions
