TicTacBets is a growing online and retail brand. We seek an experienced Bookkeeper/Financial Administrator to join our growing brand in Johannesburg.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

(not limited to)

Maintain clerical accounts including full Debtors and Creditors functions.

Manage customer invoicing, credit note processing, and debtor collections.

Prepare creditor accounts accurately and timeously for payment.

Reconcile accounts to Trial Balance.

Provide monthly management reports

Attend financial management meetings and provide input on financial matters.

Monitor and report on daily bank account activity.

Perform other reasonable duties as required.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Strong working knowledge of accounts payable and receivable principles.

Proficiency in reconciliations and financial reporting.

Solid understanding of inventory management and stock control systems.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, and Sage accounting.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Sound problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar bookkeeping or financial administration role.

Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping (advantageous).

Experience working with accounting software (Sage) is advantageous.
