Full-time BookkeeperKey Responsibilities:
Debtors & Creditors Management
- Processing invoices, reconciling accounts, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely supplier payments.Stock Control & Reconciliations
- Tracking inventory levels, assisting with stock counts, and ensuring accurate stock valuation.Bank Reconciliations
- Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial transactions.Payroll Processing
- Calculating salaries, processing payroll transactions, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.Full Bookkeeping Function
- Capturing financial transactions, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing trial balances.Financial Reporting Support
- Assisting in the preparation of management reports, VAT submissions, and financial statements.Regulatory Compliance
- Ensuring compliance with tax and financial regulations relevant to the medical industry.Requirements:
Minimum
NQF5
qualification in Accounting/BookkeepingAt least
2 years
of bookkeeping experienceProficiency in Xero
(a must!)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in the medical field is an advantage
