Excellent opportunity to join our team based in Gardens, Cape Town.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Matric
-Relevant financial qualification. Minimum Bookkeeping certificate
-Min 3 - 5 years' experience in Bookkeeping in a medium to large scale organization. National accounts experience advantageous
-Experience working on Sage Evolution

- Exposure in hospitality - advantageous
-Excellent attention to detail.

-Available immediately

DUTIES:

-Reporting to the Financial Manager
-Bookkeeping to Balance Sheet
-Knowledge of Management Accounts
-Monitor all credit and debts transactions
-Management reports with month end
-Processing bank statements
-Reconciliation of bank accounts
-Ensure transactions are accurately and timeously processing
-Emailing monthly statements to residents
-Monitor petty cash
-Capture of all new member on accounting package
-Facilitate payments on invoices received
-Manage Year End Audits
-Paye / UIF / SDL
-Control and manage monthly contracts
