Bookkeeper Bellville South Cape Town
Our Client in Agriculture based in Bellville South is looking for a Bookkeeper to take the books to Trial Balance / Balance sheet by using SAGE pastel.
Salary UP TO R 25000
Min Requirement
Matric - Completed Qualification would be an advantage but not a MUST
Minimum of 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a bookkeeping/accounting accountant position.
Books to Trial Balance / Balance Sheet xe2x80x93 SAGE Pastel
Payroll xe2x80x93 working on SAGE Pastel
Payroll for 30 staff on VIP Payroll
Advanced skills on Excel
Duties Required
Full Bookkeeping function up to Trial Balance xe2x80x93 SAGE Pastel
Full Recons all of the accountants
Full Debtors and Creditors
Preparation and submission of VAT
Issue statements monthly
Debtors and creditors reconciliation
Collections of outstanding monies
Payroll xe2x80x93 30 staff VIP Pastel
Assist with SARS efiling function
Issue statements monthly
