Position: Bookkeeper
Location: Ballito
Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the financial records of the company, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including processing invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- Handle payroll processing and tax reporting
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Assist with audits and financial analysis as needed
