Become an essential part of our energetic sales team as a Booking Agent, where you will take the lead in organizing appointments and meetings with potential clients. We're looking for a highly motivated individual with outstanding organizational abilities and a proactive mindset toward managing schedules. Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings between sales representatives and prospective clients. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and sales team members to align appointments with their availability and priorities. Oversee calendar management and scheduling tools to maximize efficiency and prevent conflicts. Conduct follow-ups with clients to confirm appointments and share relevant details. Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate communication of booking information. Maintain comprehensive records of all appointments and client interactions within the CRM system.
Requirements
Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen aptitude for prioritizing tasks efficiently. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with scheduling software or CRM platforms is preferred. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
