Job Description
Bond Registration Paralegal Benoni 3 month FTC
Experienced Bond Registration Paralegal with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in registering bonds for Absa Bank, Nedbank, Standard Bank, and First National Bank is required by a legal firm.
Immediate start 3 month contract with possibility of becoming permanent thereafter
Minimum requirements:
- Highly proficient in legal systems Legal Suite, E4, Gateway, Stordoc
- Minimum 3 5 years related experience with the 4 major SA banks
- Handling bond registrations for multiple banks efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance with bank and legal requirements.
- Managing all bond-related documentation and processes.
- Liaising with clients, attorneys, and financial institutions.
- Maintaining accurate records and timelines.
