Responsibilities:

Job Overview:

Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and consistency. Ensure the boiler is started correctly and on the correct pressure for production.Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and consistency Ensure the boiler is started correctly and on the correct pressure for production Ensure boiler coal feed is adjusted correctly Ensure water level is correct Ensure Safety valve is working Record blow down Record TDS Check water softener Check salt in water recycle tank Keep boiler house clean Clean boiler tubes over weekends Ensure boiler operate at steam demand

Quality Control

Inspect products consistently in size, shape, weight and color Record production data such as batch numbers, ingredient usage and yield Report any product or process deviations to the Supervisor immediately

Health, Safety and Hygiene

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications:
Grade 12 or Equivalent Boiler Background Experience in a Bakery, Food manufacturing or similar Production environment preferred
