Job Summary BOAT/YACHT BUILDER Boat/Yacht building company based in Knysna, Western Cape is looking to add a dynamic, skilled, and experienced Boat/Yacht Builder to their team. Qualifications/Experience xe2x80xa2 Minimum of 5 years experience in the boat/yacht building industry. xe2x80xa2 Multi-Skilled in all/most aspects of boat/yacht building. xe2x80xa2 To be able to work well with your hands and to be able to understand complex drawings and plans. xe2x80xa2 Maths skills, for calculating angles and taking measurements. xe2x80xa2 Strong knowledge of using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. xe2x80xa2 Sound knowledge of Interior joinery construction and installation. xe2x80xa2 Sound knowledge of systems installation. xe2x80xa2 Deck fitting. xe2x80xa2 Good in problem solving skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. xe2x80xa2 Good communication and interpersonal skills. xe2x80xa2 Able to work well under pressure. xe2x80xa2 Excellent time management and organisational skills. xe2x80xa2 Other tasks required. xe2x80xa2 Complies with all company policies and procedures. Salary negotiated in terms of skills, knowledge, experience, and market value.
