This position will be based at our Coastal Meat Distribution Centre and will report directly to the
Production Manager.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will be responsible for cutting meat products to quality standards according to the production plans.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12/Matric
Grade 2 Meat Cutting Certificate
Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.
PERSON SPEC:
Must be Willing to work Retail Hours, i.e.: Saturdays/Public Holidays
Good Communications skills on all levels
High energy levels & a passion for retail is essential.
Honest
Attention to detail.
Time management
6-Day work week
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to use hand tools, stand or walk for extending periods, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments.
Must be able to work under pressure and fill orders to specification
Performance driven and well organized.
