BKB Online & Marketing Coordinator

Walmer Downs Family Centre - Port Elizabeth

We are looking for a hands?on BKB Online & Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow BKB Online, our e?commerce shop, while supporting marketing initiatives across our 50+ retail branches. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an on?site, retail?focused environment and can bridge the gap between our physical stores and digital sales.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of BKB Online, including product listings, promotions, and
customer experience.

Drive online sales through effective merchandising, SEO, and digital campaigns. Collaborate with Retail branches to align online promotions with in?store activities. Create engaging content for social media and newsletters that supports both online
and retail marketing.

Analyse BKB online shop performance, track KPIs, and recommend improvements. Represent BKB at trade shows, market days, and retail events. Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials across branches.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Marketing, E?Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years' experience in online retail/e?commerce management, specifically
shopify.

Strong knowledge of SEO's, Google Ads and analytics and Meta Suite. Experience in social media and content creation. Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva or any other design programme Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Must be willing to work on?site daily and actively engage with retail teams. Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excell Drivers License
