The Role: Technical Sales Manager
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving sales and business development across the Free State province. The Technical Sales Manager will lead and mentor the regional sales team, build strong client and distributor relationships, and develop strategies to expand market share while ensuring the successful delivery of sustainable bio-solutions to the agricultural community.
Required of you:
Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales, business development, or technical management within the agricultural or agri-inputs sector
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a sales team
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and create solutions for clients
Based in the Free State or with strong regional knowledge and networks
Willingness to collaborate across disciplines and contribute to the company''s growth journey
