Job Description
Lead and manage hospital billing operations, ensuring patient accounts are accurate, claims are processed efficiently, and financial reporting is fully compliant. Drive revenue integrity while supporting a professional private healthcare environment with multiple units.
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience in healthcare billing, finance, or revenue cycle management
- ICD-10 and CPT coding expertise, with thorough knowledge of medical billing regulations
- Mastery of revenue cycle management, insurance claim processing, and reconciliations
- Leadership, team management, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
