Billing Supervisor sought to join reputable real estate organization.

Our client is a well-established and renowned real estate development company who currently manages over 10 000 residential and commercial property units. Having seen a recent growth in the company, their portfolio is set to double in size. With a successful track record of developing and investing in buildings within the Johannesburg inner-city, they are set to branch out to the greater Johannesburg.

To join their esteemed business, they are looking for an experienced Billing Supervisor that will be managing 7 Debtors Clerks and 1 Filing Clerk. Reporting to the Debtors Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining tenant deposit reports, monitoring leasing process and inspection forms and reviewing payment requests and cash refunds. Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring all processes are followed accurately, checking meter reading reports, ensuring that rates charges are raised, preparing levy schedules, reconcile and processing adjustment accounts and keeping track of all Debtors documentation.

The successful incumbent will have a matric certificate, a Finance or Accounting tertiary qualification and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. Proven ability to manage a team, strong administrative and organizational skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills will be needed to succeed in this role. You will need to have experience in the residential property sector and the ability to pay attention to detail.
