Job Description
Job Summary PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To provide support with regards to the Billing Process to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collections.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed BCom degree (Financial Management, Accounting, Business). Minimum of Financial Accounting at the 1st year level)
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounts receivable (debtors) team/environment would be advantageous.
- Must be SA Citizen with a valid ID, and have a clear criminal history.
- A Valid Driver's licence and own transport are advantageous.
- Review billing information, create new invoices, load debit orders, conduct reconciliations, collect payments and process credits or refund memos.
- Prepare account statements for clients and members.
- Investigate and resolve payment queries.
- Identity billings process solutions to enhance cost effectiveness.
- Uphold operating procedures and standards
- Interpret data and examine information
- Produce output, manage tasks and meet timescales
