Job Description
Who we are: A leading SA independent outdoor media specialist who builds strong brand awareness through impact outdoor advertising.
Who we are looking for: A Bill Board Procurement Executive with strong procurement skills and a eye for bill board placement is key.
What you will do: To identify, scope and secure prime locations for erecting out-of-home signage within council bylaws and market requirements, lease agreements, tenders, reporting and CRM and supplier database management.
What you must have:
- Previous agency experience - either advertising /media
- Intimate knowledge of municipal by laws and policies and procedures
- Negotiation skills (landlords)
- Council liaison
- Town planning and property management skills
- Good geographical knowledge of South Africa
- Knowledge and understanding of tender processes and compilation
- Knowledge of EIA and TIA systems
- Knowledge of re-zoning and building line applications
- Good knowledge of business English
- Understanding and interpretation of contracts
- Good knowledge of MS Office, GIS, Title deeds, SG diagrams, Google Earth, Photo Shop, AutoCad
- Own transport - able to travel to procuring sites
- Grade 12
- Project and Property management qualification - advantageous
- Self-confidence
- Vibrant
- Good social skills and interaction
- Good interpersonal relationships
- Time management
