Role Overview:
The Bilingual Sales Associate (Spanish/English) serves as the bridge between customer satisfaction and sales expansion, combining inside sales, customer service, and proactive outreach to drive revenue growth in English and Spanish-speaking markets. This role supports sales representatives while managing customer relationships, conducting high-volume outbound calling, and identifying growth opportunities across North and South America. You'll lead market development in LATAM and US Hispanic markets, helping expand footprint through relationship building, product demonstrations, and strategic territory planning. Your Impact:

By conducting 50-100+ outbound calls daily in English and Spanish, you'll generate new business, reactivate dormant accounts, and build strong pipelines of recurring customers. Through strategic account management and upselling, you'll grow average order values and customer lifetime value. Core Responsibilities:
Sales Outreach & Lead Generation (35%)
Conduct 50-100+ outbound calls per day to generate new business in English and Spanish-speaking markets
Identify and qualify sales leads in North and South American territories
Build and maintain strong pipeline of prospects and recurring customers across bilingual markets
Reactivate dormant accounts through strategic outreach and relationship rebuilding
Execute cold calling, telemarketing, and B2B lead generation campaigns
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase average order value
Track daily activity, conversion rates, and account engagement metrics
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals consistently
Customer & Sales Support (25%)
Provide daily administrative and sales support to outside sales representatives
Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone and email inquiries in English or Spanish
Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and vendors ensuring satisfaction
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients in both languages
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with distributors to maximize market reach in Spanish-speaking territories
Represent company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events when needed
Provide exceptional bilingual customer service that drives retention and referrals
Market Development & Territory Strategy (20%)
Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies for LATAM and US Hispanic markets
Conduct market research identifying trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape

Navigate cultural nuances in business communication across different LATAM countries
Identify market-specific needs and adapt sales approaches accordingly

Account & Order Administration (15%)
Accurately process orders including pricing, billing, and record updates
Maintain and track customer account details and purchase history in CRM
Prepare and manage quotes and bids in coordination with sales team
Ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment for English and Spanish-speaking clients
Handle contract negotiations and close deals with healthcare providers or B2B clients
Manage documentation in both English and Spanish as required
Track payment status and follow up on outstanding invoices professionally
Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement (5%)
Maintain accurate customer and prospect data in CRM systems
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and market analyses

Requirements:
Must-Haves (Required):
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) with professional business communication skills in both languages
Sales Experience: 1-3+ years in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, B2B lead generation, or sales support roles
High-Volume Calling: Comfort with conducting 50-100+ outbound calls per day consistently
Phone Skills: Strong communication skills with confident phone presence and ability to build rapport
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
Cultural Fluency: Understanding of cultural nuances in business communication across Spanish-speaking markets
