TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Bike Technician within the Trade Division at Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct bike repairs, tune-ups, and maintenance according to established standards and procedures
Assess the condition of bikes brought in by customers and recommend appropriate repairs and services
Perform wheel truing, gear adjustments, brake adjustments, and other mechanical repairs as required
Install, replace, and adjust bike parts and components, including tires, tubes, chains, pedals, gears, and brakes
Assemble new bikes and ensure they meet quality and safety standards
Maintain accurate records of bike repairs, services performed, and parts used
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and offering expert advice on bike maintenance and repair
Keep work area clean, organized, and well-maintained to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
Stay updated with advancements in bike technology, industry trends, and new repair techniques through continuous learning
