Job Summary ?Game Lodges and in need of Experienced Executive Chefs Professional Cookery/ Culinary Arts diploma from a reputable hotel school. Minimum 5-years' experience as an Executive Chef in a 4 or 5-star lodge/hotel establishment, with a solid track record Multiple outlet management experience essential In depth knowledge of food costing, cost control and budgeting. Versatile and skilled in hot and pastry kitchen, and multi-venue catering. Excellent understanding of the latest food trends and concepts. Attention to detail and maintaining a guest centric approach Ability to drive change and to look for operational efficiencies / synergies. Highly presentable with excellent communication skills and balanced emotional intellect. Valid RSA ID and Driver's License essential (own vehicle beneficial)
