Degree in engineering, quantity surveying, business, commerce, or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in Tenders and Bid experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Duties:
Attend Tender briefings
Building up of BOQ's
Preparation/ modification of tender documents
Manage the preparation of tenders
Evaluate tenders to determine viability
Track available tenders
Review Bid proposals
Ensure accurate and competitive pricing (estimates, rates management)
Set-up submission file(s) as outlined in the tender bid documents
Prepare submission documents in the various required formats
Ensure that internal processes are followed, and records are kept in a structured manner according to the internal process procedures
Collate all information and file it in the submission file(s) based on the required structure
Copy and scan all submission files for record keeping in an electronic and hard copy format
Produce accurate qualified tenders
Meet tender submission deadlines

Tender Reporting & Analysis
Tender Filing and maintain standard tender resources
